Come down to the Portobello Park on Saturday 7th March to enjoy a free lunchtime concert, grab some lunch and browse through arts and community stalls. Plenty of activities for kiddies too! Bring a blanket, settle in and enjoy a family day out.
The lunchtime concert will cover a range of easy listening music with blues undertones to upbeat toe-tapping bluegrass tunes. Check the programme for the line-up and timing. The concert will be at 12-3pm.
Never played the ukulele but always wanted to have a go? Register for one of two music workshops on Saturday 7th March, 10am and 11am at the Portobello Coronation Hall.
Find out how the very talented Jayden TJ, one of the workshop tutors, from the age of 5 has mastered this amazing instrument and how he has since travelled the world playing music. Jayden is just 10 but has recently completed a tour of Asia with many adult musicians performing in concerts such as the ‘Beatles Tribute Show’ in Vietnam.
